This dividend-bearing plan serves the workers’ compensation needs of wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries operating in New York State and is only available to clients of Stork Insurance and AmTrust.

Eligible Businesses:

• Wineries
• Breweries
• Distilleries
• Cideries

Dividend Eligibility: (Only AmTrust North American can declare the dividend)

• All policies must be in effect for the full policy term
• All policies must be audited and paid in full
• 18 months after the end of the group year, the history is reviewed. The results are presented to the board and the board decides if/when a dividend is declared
• No loss development factors are applied
• Must be a current policyholder to receive payment of dividend (regardless of year)
